Accessibility Statement
RaveTickets aims to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains where we stand and how to tell us about a problem.
Our commitment
We want buying a ticket, running an event and using the door app to work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and to follow the European Accessibility Act as it applies to our service.
What this covers
This statement applies to the RaveTickets website and checkout at ravetickets.nl and to the RaveTickets scanner app.
What we do
- build with semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can follow the page;
- support keyboard navigation and visible focus;
- aim for sufficient colour contrast and text that can be resized;
- write clear labels and helpful error messages in forms and checkout.
Current status
We are continually improving and do not yet claim full conformance. Some parts of the service may not meet every guideline, and we are working to close the gaps. If something does not work for you, please tell us and we will help and prioritize a fix.
Give us feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, email info@ravedragons.com. Tell us the page or screen and what went wrong, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you cannot complete a ticket purchase, contact the organizer or us and we will help you another way.
